Bicyclists are not required to have a driver’s license since they are not operating a motor vehicle.

s. 322.03 – Drivers Must be Licensed; Penalties

(1)Except as otherwise authorized in this chapter, a person may not drive any motor vehicle upon a highway in this state unless such person has a valid driver’s license

Although a driver’s license or other identification is not required to operate a bicycle on the roadway or sidewalk, carrying identification is recommended since you may be required to identify yourself to law enforcement in case of a violation, collision or other incident.
