Bike Lane and Sidewalk Obstructions

Michael asked: Is there a system to report road hazards related to bicycle lanes? Areas in question are while riding past construction zones where the contractors are leaving debris from their construction project in the. bicycle lane even after hours of active construction. One example is a Publix construction site on westbound highway 54 near Starkey Ranch/Odessa. There are piles of gravel and dirt left in the bike lane forcing riders out into the roadway. The sidewalks are also unusable due to the ongoing construction.

It is unlawful to obstruct bike lanes or sidewalks. You should call the police and quote the statutes in this post.
