As the operator of a human powered vehicle, you have the same rights and duties as other drivers, with only a few exceptions.

(1) Every person propelling a vehicle by human power has all of the rights and all of the duties applicable to the driver of any other vehicle ….
The most basic right of vehicle operators is the right to use the roadway. Unless a specific statute or regulation prohibits the operation of bicycles on a particular roadway, it is allowed. The only state prohibition is for limited access highways, which normally have appropriate signage.
27 has traffic signals and at-grade intersections, so it’s legal. Note that bikes are allowed on the shoulders of I-195 and SR 856 across the Intracoastal, despite being limited/controlled access.
