  1. Illegal in Florida but I see bicyclist do it now and then. Now in California I know it is legal for motorcycles so it probably is for bicycles. I think it is dangerous and stupid and it makes people in the cars mad. I don’t do it. Now I am sure that you can ride to the right of the vehicles if they are stopped if there is room but don’t quote me on that.
